Important Message for Medical Compliance

Posted Date: 08/06/26 (03:03 PM)

The first day of school is almost here, and we want every student to be ready to start on August 17.

Per Board policy and Illinois requirements, students who are not medically compliant with required physicals and immunizations will not be allowed to begin school on the first day.

If your child arrives at school on August 17 without the required medical documentation, you will be contacted to pick them up.
Your child will not be able to attend school until all required physicals and immunization records have been submitted and they are medically compliant.

Parents and guardians, please submit your child's required medical records to your school as soon as possible.

If your student still needs a physical or immunizations, schedule an appointment with the KSD111 School-Based Health Clinic by calling 815-802-5530.
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the clinic today.

Let's save time for everyone by taking care of this before the first day of school and ensure your child is ready to learn on August 17.
